Pack Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and footwear in the original box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 3-5 business days.
